Are you a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with at least three years of commercial and general liability experience? Ropers Majeski, a reputable and established law firm, is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their litigation practice. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the US or in person at one of their US-based offices.

Responsibilities:
- Handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including motion writing, preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and written perpetuate depositions, analyzing professional liability coverage, and conducting legal research and analysis
- Experience in both state and federal court proceedings preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of three years of experience working on general liability matters
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $130,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
