Case Development Intake Attorney Job Description:

- Work with assigned case manager to manage a docket of approximately 50 cases
- Investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical and triage assigned cases
- Secure accident reports, property damage photos, and witness statements
- Communicate with clients and adjusters, prepare and approve expense requests, and provide monthly status reports
- Manage clients during case development process
- Prepare and document demands and act as liaison between management and adverse adjuster
- Ensure ethical and legal obligations of all subordinates
- Maximize case values and attorney fees recovered
- Handle property damage claims
- Accept incoming calls from potential new clients and sign up cases
- Conduct client meetings and update clients on status of their case
- Ensure 100% compliance on grade cards
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
