Case Development Intake Attorney Job Description:

- Work with assigned case manager to manage a docket of approximately 50 cases
- Investigate, preserve evidence, and develop medical and triage assigned cases
- Secure accident reports, property damage photos, and witness statements
- Communicate with clients and adjusters, prepare and approve expense requests, and provide monthly status reports
- Manage clients during case development process
- Prepare and document demands and act as liaison between management and adverse adjuster
- Ensure ethical and legal obligations of all subordinates
- Maximize case values and attorney fees recovered
- Handle property damage claims
- Accept incoming calls from potential new clients and sign up cases
- Conduct client meetings and update clients on status of their case
- Ensure 100% compliance on grade cards
- Must be bilingual in Spanish

As a Case Development Intake Attorney, you will work with a specifically assigned case manager to manage a docket of approximately 50 cases. Your responsibilities will include investigating, preserving evidence, and developing medical and triage assigned cases. You will also be responsible for handling property damage claims, communicating with clients and adjusters, and preparing monthly status reports. Additionally, you will manage clients during the case development process and act as a liaison between management and adverse adjusters to settle cases.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong initiative and leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and delegation abilities. You should also have a strong commitment to client service and be able to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Bilingual candidates, specifically those fluent in Spanish, are preferred.
