Law Firm Seeks Experienced Public Company Counsel for Capital Markets Practice in Los Angeles

Overview:
- Seeking an experienced associate or counsel with more than five years of prior relevant experience
- Will join the Public Company Advisory group within the Capital Markets practice
- Must have deep experience advising public companies on securities law compliance, disclosure, and corporate governance matters
- Will work closely with other members of the Public Company Advisory group but must also be able to independently manage day-to-day securities law counseling, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters
- Opportunity to work on transactional elements of the practice for public company clients, including capital markets offerings

Requirements:
- Superior academic credentials
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of securities laws
- Direct experience in public company compliance and corporate governance
- Ideal for individuals with in-house securities/corporate governance experience looking to return to a law firm, or current law firm associates looking to join a busy and growing Public Company Advisory group

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range in Los Angeles for this role is $370,000 - $415,000
