Associate - Insurance Coverage Litigation Morristown, NJ 2-5 years experience

Clyde & Co is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our insurance coverage litigation group in Morristown, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney with insurance coverage or litigation experience to work on complex insurance coverage matters.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients
- Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda
- Prepare and review legal documents including pleadings, briefs, discovery, and motions
- Engage in correspondence with opposing counsel and other parties
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required

Requirements:

- JD from 2020 or 2021
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey (additional admissions a plus)
- 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage or litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
