Salary Information:

The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 per year.

Experience Information:

This position requires a licensed Kentucky attorney with three to five years of experience in real estate, foreclosure, and/or creditors’ rights law. Additional experience in Ohio and/or West Virginia is beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong business and legal judgment skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. A working knowledge of secured creditor bankruptcy issues and the FDCPA is preferred.
