## Bankruptcy/Restructuring Associate

Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 575 attorneys in 16 offices across eight states and Washington ., is seeking a bankruptcy/restructuring associate. This position may reside in the firm's Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, Nashville, Dallas, or Houston markets.

**Job Requirements**

To be considered for the position, a successful candidate should possess:

- 3-5 years of complex Chapter 11 case experience
- Representation of debtors, secured creditors, official committees, and unsecured creditors in complex bankruptcy cases
- Experience with handling complex workouts and restructurings in the automotive and mobility industry (preferred)
- Good academic record
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Salary Information**

Salary will commensurate with experience.
