• Analyzing and commenting on administrative draft CEQA and NEPA documents for legal sufficiency
• Analyzing General Plans, zoning ordinances and plot entitlement strategies
• Helping prepare project application documents for private clients
• Performing legal research concerning land use, CEQA and NEPA topics
• Drafting certain CEQA and NEPA documents
• Drafting General Plan consistency, CEQA and other approval findings
• Handling all aspects of land use/CEQA litigation, including administrative record preparation, procedural steps, briefing, and argument

Compensation

Law Firm offers a competitive salary for this position ranging from $135,000 – $200,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses.
