DoorDash is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Legal to join their legal leadership team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide legal oversight for all corporate matters and lead a small but impactful corporate team. You will also have the chance to work closely with the General Counsel and advise on various legal matters, including compliance with securities laws, corporate governance, and strategic transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal oversight for all corporate matters, including compliance with securities laws, listing requirements, and shareholder related matters.
- Advise the Board of Directors and committees on corporate governance best practices.
- Oversee financing and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Lead a small but impactful corporate team.
- Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
- Provide general advice and counsel to leaders in finance, accounting, tax, insurance, and investor relations teams.
- Work closely with the General Counsel and other legal functions within the company.

Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience as a corporate securities or corporate transactions attorney, preferably with public company in-house experience.
- Experience in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and participating in DEI initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a team culture based on empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Compensation:
- Base salary ranges from $252,000 - $350,000 USD, depending on location.
- Actual compensation will be decided based on skills, experience, and location.
