Multiple plaintiff-side litigation firms across the United States — including national trial boutiques, mass tort teams, and high-impact consumer justice firms — are actively seeking Product Liability Plaintiff Attorneys with 1–10+ years of experience.
With major product safety cases involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products, and defective equipment on the rise, firms are rapidly expanding their trial teams.

If you have experience in plaintiff-side injury or complex litigation, including:

  • Product defect and design failure matters

  • Catastrophic injury or wrongful death claims

  • Mass tort, MDL, or class action litigation

  • Expert witness coordination and scientific evidence analysis

  • Discovery, depositions, case development, and hearings

  • Counseling and advocating for injured individuals

Duties

  • Represent plaintiffs in product liability, mass tort, and catastrophic injury matters.

  • Develop product defect theories, consult experts, and analyze scientific evidence.

  • Conduct discovery, depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy.

  • Manage caseloads in MDLs, coordinated proceedings, or individual plaintiff actions.

  • Work closely with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout litigation.

  • Participate in trial preparation and, in some practices, early trial involvement.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of plaintiff personal injury or complex litigation experience.

  • Background in product liability, mass torts, or catastrophic injury cases strongly preferred.

  • Strong writing, persuasion, and motion-practice skills.

  • Commitment to advocating for injured consumers and patients.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
