Law Firm Seeks Patent Litigation Associate for Multiple Offices

Are you a skilled intellectual property attorney with a passion for patent litigation? Fox Rothschild, a leading law firm with locations across the country, is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate for multiple offices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with four to six years of experience in intellectual property law to join our dynamic team and work on a variety of challenging cases.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Draft substantive briefs on patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss
- Represent clients in post-grant trials at the USPTO PTAB
- Provide legal counsel to clients on a range of intellectual property matters
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex cases

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the office is located
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering
- USPTO registration and experience in post-grant trials preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive salary based on experience and location (ranges from $205,000 - $260,000 in California and $210,000 - $265,000 in New York)

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
