A law firm in Atlanta is seeking an Attorney to maintain a full caseload primarily focused on employment-based matters, specializing in O-1, NIW, and EB-1 petitions. Duties:

• Maintain a full caseload of primarily employment-based matters, specializing in O-1, NIW, and EB-1 petitions.
• Work with clients to gather case information, draft petition letters, and respond to requests for evidence and other agency actions.
• Conduct legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing in Mandarin Chinese.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Organize and manage case load under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
