Overview:
- Seeking mid-level associates (class of 2021-2018)
- General finance experience required
- Must have experience with drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents
- UCC experience preferred
- General corporate experience also desired
- High level of academic achievement required
- Solid law firm experience preferred
