• Ability to draft opinion letters, review contracts, and attend condo and HOA board and member meetings
• Real Estate experience is a plus
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients, managers, and board members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Availability to attend regular and annual board meetings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent team player and personable
