Law Firm is seeking an Associate with 7+ years of experience in Community Association Law for its Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate for this position must have:

• Admission to the Florida Bar
• 7+ years of experience in Community Association Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to review and analyze association governing documents, contracts, and related Florida Statutes
• Ability to draft opinion letters, review contracts, and attend condo and HOA board and member meetings
• Real Estate experience is a plus
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients, managers, and board members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Availability to attend regular and annual board meetings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent team player and personable
