Venable LLP is looking for an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Associate to join their team in the Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, or Washington, . office. This midlevel patent litigation associate should have a minimum of five years of experience and a background in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.

Requirements:
• Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar
• Law school transcripts
• Extensive experience in all phases of patent litigation
• Industry experience is beneficial
• Client focus areas include telecommunications, automotive and other high tech industries
