Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Attend Arbitration hearings and court appearances in NYC and Nassau County. Handle and manage litigation files including drafting pleadings and motion practice. Legal writing, drafting, editing, and research. Negotiate and settle cases.

Qualification and Experience Qualifications: Admitted in NY (NJ admission is a plus). 1-2 years of experience with No-Fault litigation and/or insurance litigation and/or personal injury litigation. Confidence and have great interpersonal skills in the courtroom and amongst their colleagues are imperative. Works well independently as well as in a team setting.
