Marietta Office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior estate planning attorney with 5 years of estate planning experience. The candidate will draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for health care. Will advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and tax planning. Conduct effective consultations with potential clients. Interface with clients providing excellent customer service. Identify legal issues related to Medicaid and Special Needs Planning. Assist in managing the production of support staff. Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems and develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. Research and analyze the law on complex issues. Must be Licensed with the State Bar of Georgia. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical aptitude to learning other software programs such as practice management software is required. Familiarity with document drafting software is needed. Experience with WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel is a plus.
