Law Firm Seeks Experienced Attorney

We are a boutique law firm that focuses on helping small businesses and startups. We practice “happy law” by helping to create and build new companies and jobs. We are committed to having a healthy work-life balance and the flexibility to work from anywhere.

We are looking to hire an attorney with at least one year of business transactional experience and who is comfortable with setting up stock option plans, doing entity conversions and leading financing rounds. The candidate must be barred to practice law in California, but can work remotely.
