Wilshire Law Firm, a leading California-based law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our Employment Class Action department in Sacramento. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by fighting for worker rights and obtaining justice for our clients. As an Associate Attorney, you will take on significant responsibility in litigating your own docket of cases while receiving mentorship and guidance from our experienced and award-winning attorneys.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
- Develop strategies for litigating wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
- Represent clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
- Hone your legal skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.
- Conduct legal research and present persuasive arguments both verbally and in writing.
