Job Overview

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct case management and legal research

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school


• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation or judicial clerkship


• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills


• Knowledge of legal research tools and legal databases


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
