Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in North Carolina or willing to obtain admission

- Excellent legal research, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to work independently and make executive decisions
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
- Team player, committed to working with colleagues and clients

Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions to clients' legal issues through high-quality, detailed legal work
- Research, draft, review, negotiate, close, and advise on complex matters
- Interpret and explain the law in a clear and engaging manner for clients
- Take the lead on matters and client relationships
- Build business for the firm through growing current client relationships, attending events, and other business development strategies
- Delegate tasks to paralegals, associates, and support staff
