Our firm specializes in areas such as bankruptcy, commercial transactions, healthcare, commercial real estate, litigation, and mediation. We value our clients and strive to provide them with efficient and expert legal services. Our unique approach focuses on a collaborative team culture and selecting the right attorneys to meet our clients' specific business and legal needs. We are a law firm of 25-35 employees and have a strong presence in the communities we serve. We are currently seeking 1 full-time Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team in either Winston-Salem or Raleigh, NC. Job Summary: As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing solutions to our clients' legal issues and producing high-quality legal work. This includes researching, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on complex matters. You will also be expected to interpret and explain the law in a way that is easy for clients to understand and actively participate in business development strategies to grow current client relationships.
