# Higher Education Attorney
Bricker Graydon is looking for an attorney to join its rapidly expanding higher education practice. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in legal counsel for higher education clients. The areas of practice should include labor and employment law, disability law, higher education compliance, international programs and relationships, litigation, general business transactions, corporate governance, and civil rights/Title IX investigations.

## Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law
- At least four years of experience providing legal counsel to higher education clients
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for university and college environments
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Provide sound legal and practical judgment

## Salary and Location
Salary is commensurate with experience. Remote and/or part-time arrangements may be considered however, flexibility to be on-site when needed may be required.
