At von Briesen, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated Trusts & Estates Attorney with at least 8 years of experience to join our team in Chicago, Madison, or Milwaukee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals in drafting and administering sophisticated estate plans, implementing advanced planning strategies, preparing and filing tax returns, and advising clients on complex tax and family planning matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and administer sophisticated estate plans
• Implement advanced planning strategies such as SLATs, GRATs, and other irrevocable trusts
• Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns
• Advise clients on complex tax and family planning matters

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in trusts and estates
• Strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin, or both
• Book of business not required
