# Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors' Rights Associate - Delaware, New Jersey or New York ## Job Description Law Firm is seeking a Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights associate to be based in Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey; or Wilmington, Delaware. This associate will directly support attorneys in the firm’s growing Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors Rights’ practice, and will have the opportunity to work on related matters with the support of the firm’s deep commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, white collar litigation, and insurance litigation practice groups. ## Qualifications Ideal candidates for this position will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. All candidates must have very strong academic records with excellent writing and analytical skills. A judicial clerkship is helpful.
