Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters

Education: Must be admitted in Pennsylvania and have completed law school and bar exam

- Manage complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting
- Conduct depositions
- Experience in litigation and arbitration, with trial experience a plus
