Taft is seeking an eDiscovery Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our team in various locations. As one team, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities:

- Provide training and cultivate relationships with Taft attorneys and staff to promote Taft Discovery's resources and capabilities
- Advise case teams on document preservation and collection obligations and strategies
- Develop strategies for culling collected data for review and conduct document reviews
- Advise case teams on document production options and best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to eDiscovery

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate required
- 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney with knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and industry trends
- Proficiency with RelativityOne and successful management of multiple, complex matters
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Active law license
