The candidate should preferably have 4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney and have experience drafting and negotiating agreements and documents relating to commercial transactions and general corporate matters. Prior exposure to substantive legal areas that routinely arise in commercial contracts, including regulatory and compliance regimes (such as those involving trade compliance and government contracts), would be helpful. Experience working in-house and/or at a private law firm dealing directly with procurement and/or sales personnel is preferred. Must be admitted in NY.
