Job Duties:

- Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
- Develop an expert-level understanding of client cases and prepare immigrant/non-immigrant petitions.
- Manage projects and deadlines, conduct research, and stay up-to-date on legislative changes.
- Provide training to clients on legal topics and updates.
- Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues and support all projects.
- Effectively communicate with clients and foreign nationals.
- Assess eligibility for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.
- Work with global mobility personnel and general counsel.
- Supervise paralegal staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- JD and valid license to practice law in any . state.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience.
