A law firm is currently seeking an Attorney for its Saint Louis office, specializing in estate planning. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing. The candidate should have 0-10 years of experience in estate planning. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and services related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, and probate matters. The role involves working closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans and ensure the efficient transfer of assets.

Duties:

• Handle estate planning cases, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and other estate documents.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to estate and gift taxation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and family dynamics.
• Conduct legal research on estate planning laws and regulations.
• Assist with the administration of trusts and probate proceedings.
• Develop strategies for wealth preservation and asset distribution.
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in estate planning.
