Responsibilities:
• Work with industry leaders in a variety of sectors, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive
• Receive hands-on training and experience managing complex litigation and going to trial
• Conduct depositions and write substantive briefs
• Utilize your knowledge of California state and federal civil procedure
• Manage product liability, mass tort, MDL, and/or trial experience in California
• Provide team management and leadership on cases
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications:
• Four to six years of experience in litigation
• Strong track record in deposition and brief writing
• Knowledge of California state and federal civil procedure preferred
• Experience with product liability, mass tort, MDL, team management, and/or trial experience in California is a plus
• Member of the California bar
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Compensation:
• Anticipated initial annual salary range of $270,000- $315,000
• Actual initial salary may vary based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors
