# General Liability Litigation Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is currently seeking an Associate Attorney for its General Liability Litigation Defense department in its St. Petersburg office. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 120+ lawyers located across 19 offices in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

## Requirements

Candidates must:

- Have 1-5 years of General Liability experience with defense experience
- Be current members of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Possess First Party Property experience (preferred)

## Responsibilities

General Liability Litigation Associates at Law Firm will have the opportunity to:

- Direct and lead files
- Provide initial analysis
- Develop case strategy
- Conduct discovery
- Take depositions
- Draft motions
- Attend hearings
- Negotiate settlements
- Assist with and lead trials
