Title: Technology Transactions Partner, Of Counsel, or Senior Associate at Leason Ellis Law Firm

Experience: 8+ years of experience in transactional work, including IP due diligence and working with co-counsel and manufacturing agreements.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Description:
- Seeking a full-time attorney with transactional experience to join the team at Leason Ellis LLP.
- Leason Ellis is an established IP boutique law firm with over 30 attorneys specializing in patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- One of only four firms listed in the IAM Patent 1000 New York section recommended for prosecution, litigation, and transactions.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid tech-friendly background and related degree(s), with the ability to prosecute patents.
- Experience in IP due diligence, co-counsel work, manufacturing and supply agreements, software and e-commerce agreements, and website privacy policies and terms of use is required.
- A significant book of business and a client base that can benefit from Leason Ellis's full-service IP capabilities is preferred.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in transactional work, including IP due diligence and working with co-counsel and manufacturing agreements.
- Solid tech-friendly background and related degree(s).
- Ability to prosecute patents is a plus.
- Significant book of business and a client base that can benefit from Leason Ellis's full-service IP capabilities is preferred.
