Law Firm Seeking Experienced Associate Attorney for Medical Malpractice Defense

Marshall Dennehey, a leading civil defense law firm with over 60 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of litigation experience and a strong background in medical malpractice defense.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defend medical malpractice cases on behalf of our corporate, insurance, and individual clients
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide the best possible defense for our clients

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Ohio
- 5-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice defense
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
