As a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to represent corporate and insurer clients on workers' compensation claims. This may include evaluating and advising clients on pertinent issues and the optimum path to resolve claims as well as representation in litigation by appearing at hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, and other proceedings. You will communicate with client representatives and claims representatives, creating and submitting reports required by the client, motions and briefs required to support the position of the client and negotiation of settlements on behalf of the client.
