Fairfax office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent drafting agent with 3+ years of recent patent preparation experience in software and/or semiconductor technologies. The candidate will draft patent applications for leading global technology companies, mostly in software, computer, and electrical technology areas. Should have a technical degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, physics, or equivalent fields. USPTO registration is preferred. Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
