The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and a strong background in written discovery. The Contract Attorney will review, finalize, and prepare for service written discovery, deposition notices, meet and confer letters, and discovery motion-related pleadings.

## Job Description

Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney with a California license to join our Litigation business unit. This is a fulltime, hourly role with an open-ended contract. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and a strong background in written discovery.

The Contract Attorney will review, finalize, and prepare for service written discovery, deposition notices, meet and confer letters, and discovery motion-related pleadings. Candidates must be competent in overseeing, reviewing, and finalizing paralegals’ discovery related work product. Candidates should be able to handle a high volume of tasks and appropriately calendar deadlines while meeting them efficiently and effectively.

## Qualifications

- Must be a attorney in good standing
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong background in written discovery
- Competent in overseeing, reviewing, and finalizing paralegals’ discovery related work product
- Able to handle a high volume of tasks and appropriately calendar deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
