The Wilhite Law Firm, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by helping those who have been harmed or injured by defective and dangerous products and medications. We are expanding our offerings in Mass Torts and are looking for an articulate professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare medical chronologies and assist with legal document review
- Maintain confidentiality of all clients and the firm
- Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and expert report/discovery preparation
- Organize and maintain trial documents, case notebooks, expert witness binders, and exhibit lists
- Prepare correspondence and legal documents
- Work with attorneys to provide case status updates
- Collect case evidence and documentation
- E-file in state and federal courts
- Draft various court pleadings
- Schedule and coordinate with defense, witnesses, experts, and clients for depositions
- Monitor case calendars and court deadlines to meet deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of paralegal experience in Mass Torts
- Associate's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of legal terminology, research, and electronic filings required
- Experience with medical terminology and document management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and outside vendors

This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary range of $28 - $40 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to salary, we offer full benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and flexible time off after waiting period.
