Offit Kurman is currently seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our DC Litigation team and can sit in any of our DC-Metro offices (Bethesda, Tysons Corner, or Washington). ## Job Summary Offit Kurman is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our DC Litigation team. The successful candidate must possess 3+ years’ commercial litigation experience and be admitted and active to practice in DC. VA or MD bar is preferred, not required. This position will sit in Bethesda or Tysons Corner, with occasional court trips to DC as needed. ## Job Responsibilities * Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs and motions * Take and defend depositions * Court appearances and trial work * Other duties as assigned ## Requirements * Must be admitted and active to practice in DC * VA or MD bar is preferred, not required * 3+ years’ commercial litigation experience ## Benefits Offit Kurman is known for its Origination Culture Program which helps train up and coming attorneys interested in growing clientele and books of business. ## Salary The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
