O’Hagan Meyer, LLP is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Fresno, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of established litigators and a diverse client base in the labor and employment sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in general civil litigation, with a strong preference for those with labor and employment litigation experience. Fluency in Spanish or prior experience in agriculture, transportation/logistics, manufacturing, or the service industry is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with a team of litigators to represent California employers in labor and employment cases.
Conduct legal research and writing to support case strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients and handle cases in a client-first approach.
Collaborate with colleagues to build a thriving legal practice.
Meet annual billing requirements of 1,900 hours with additional bonuses for exceeding this minimum.

Qualifications:

Admitted to the California Bar.
1 – 10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
A client-first approach to handling cases.
Fluency in Spanish or prior experience in agriculture, transportation/logistics, manufacturing, or the service industry is a plus.
