Duties:

  • Represent clients in various commercial and business litigation cases, overseeing the entire process from initial case evaluation to resolution.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies, including negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
  • Appear in both state and federal courts to conduct hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial or business litigation.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.

Skills:
