This position will focus on the energy and infrastructure industries and is open to candidates in Houston, New York, Washington ., or Austin offices. Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience working on construction contracts, including EPC, EPCM, BOP, equipment supply, operation and maintenance contracts
- Managing a team, working closely with a partner or supervising junior associates
- Strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities
- Ability to analyze and synthesize new information
- Interest in the energy industry and our clients’ businesses

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas, New York, Washington ., or Texas
- Excellent academic credentials
- Comfortable operating as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and takes ownership and responsibility for work

Salary Information:
- Salary range of $260,000 to $435,000 for positions based in the NYC office of Baker Botts .
- Salary will depend on candidate's experience

Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working on construction contracts
