Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm, is seeking a qualified Associate Attorney to join our Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in our Garden City or White Plains office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with prior experience in Labor Law.

Responsibilities:
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trial
- Work on a variety of matters including construction, retail and hospitality, general liability, and transportation
- Participate in the firm's robust mentoring program for professional and business development

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Licensed to practice in New York
- Prior experience in areas such as general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction, and/or insurance defense
- Strong writing and strategic thinking skills

Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $70,000-$150,000, with potential for adjustment based on experience and other job-related factors
