Description:

- Full-time position as a Compliance Manager at Elevance Health
- Responsible for managing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities
- Work in a hybrid model, with a mix of remote and in-office work
- Must live within 50 miles of one of our Open Access Elevance Health PulsePoint locations
- Manage/oversee projects, initiatives, audits, risk assessments, and more
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations to assess impact and consult with clients
- Conduct complex investigations and document findings
- Interface with external clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

- BA/BS degree with at least 6 years of experience in healthcare, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy
- Ability to travel may be required

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

- Strongly preferred experience in risk management, compliance monitoring, and oversight
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred
- Project management experience

Salary Information:

- Salary range for this specific position is $89,460 to $153,360
- Salary offered is based on legitimate, non-discriminatory factors
