The PCAOB, a nonprofit organization established by Congress, is seeking a legal intern for Fall 2024 to assist in protecting investors and promoting the public interest in audit reports.

Responsibilities:

Analyze investigative materials and prepare reports for attorneys and accountants.
Assist with standard-setting activities and regulatory filings.
Conduct research and assist with comment letters.
Attend public meetings and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Enrolled law student with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Proficient in Microsoft software and legal research databases.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.
Proficiency in another language is a plus.
