Salary Information: Undergraduate students: Graduate students: students: Organization Overview: The PCAOB oversees audits of public companies and SEC-registered brokers and dealers to protect investors and promote accurate and informative audit reports. The organization's mission is focused on modernizing audit standards, enhancing audit inspections, and strengthening enforcement of PCAOB rules and standards. The PCAOB values diversity and upholds the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in carrying out its mission. Organization Culture: Transparency, equity, and fairness are upheld in compensation programs. A hybrid work option is available with assigned offices in various locations. Travel for work purposes is reimbursable. Responsibilities: Analyze investigative materials and prepare reports for attorneys and accountants. Assist with standard-setting activities and regulatory filings. Conduct research and assist with comment letters. Attend public meetings and perform other duties as needed. Qualifications: Enrolled law student with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Proficient in Microsoft software and legal research databases. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
