Duties:

  • Assist in all stages of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, investigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Interview clients to gather necessary information and provide legal advice and guidance.
  • Attend court proceedings, depositions, and mediations under the guidance of senior attorneys.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and provide support in complex personal injury matters.
  • Stay updated on legal developments, industry trends, and changes in personal injury laws.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • Should have 2 years of experience.
  • Strong interest in personal injury law with a desire to build a career in this practice area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
