Location:
Duties:
- Assist in all stages of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, investigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Interview clients to gather necessary information and provide legal advice and guidance.
- Attend court proceedings, depositions, and mediations under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and provide support in complex personal injury matters.
- Stay updated on legal developments, industry trends, and changes in personal injury laws.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- Should have 2 years of experience.
- Strong interest in personal injury law with a desire to build a career in this practice area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Education:
