Position Summary:

- Responsibilities include legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court conferences, handling discovery, etc.
- Preference for candidates with experience in wage and hour class action cases or single-plaintiff employment lawsuits.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree and valid license to practice law in Arizona.
- 2+ years of experience in Arizona.
- Experience in Wage and Hour Class Action cases or a commitment to being trained in this practice.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
