The Orlando office of Kaufman Dolowich, a prestigious AV-rated® law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of experience in defense litigation. This is a great opportunity for a talented and motivated attorney to join a dynamic and growing firm with over 200 attorneys nationwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in Labor & Employment, Healthcare, or HOA litigation.

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage a caseload of defense litigation cases from beginning to end
- Represent clients in a variety of cases, including Labor & Employment, Healthcare, or HOA litigation
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions

Qualifications:

- . from an ABA accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Excellent communication, writing, and research skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong academic credentials
