Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in governmental administrative hearings and litigation related to energy and environmental matters
- Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues in the energy and environmental industries
- Interpret and advise on administrative rules impacting the energy and environmental industries
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the Energy & Environmental Practice Group
- Stay updated on developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on energy and environmental law
- Admission to the Ohio Bar
- First-chair experience in both governmental administrative hearings and litigation
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance issues in the energy and environmental industries
- Working knowledge of the Ohio EPA, the PUCO, and ODNR
