Law Firm is seeking an experienced Attorney with 5+ years of employment law experience to join their team. Qualified candidates should have a broad range of experience in employment law, including policy and contract drafting, researching, and answering questions on day-to-day employment issues, lawsuit discovery, and motions and brief drafting. Candidates should also have significant litigation experience and excellent academic credentials with strong written and oral communication skills. The position offers a base salary range of $160,000 - 190,000, plus a transparent bonus program and comprehensive benefits package.

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Attorney with 5+ years of employment law experience to join their team. The successful candidate will provide practical training and advice to employers on compliance with employment laws, as well as represent employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Colorado Division of Civil Rights, the Colorado Department of Labor, the United States Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, the Denver Civil Service Commission, and the Denver Career Service Authority.

Responsibilities:

Provide practical training and advice to employers on compliance with employment laws
Represent employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Colorado Division of Civil Rights, the Colorado Department of Labor, the United States Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, the Denver Civil Service Commission, and the Denver Career Service Authority
Draft employment policies and contracts
Research and answer questions on day-to-day employment issues
Conduct lawsuit discovery
Draft motions and briefs

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in employment law
Significant litigation experience

Admitted in Colorado or eligible
Excellent academic credentials
Strong written and oral communication skills

Compensation:

Law Firm offers a base salary range of $160,000 - 190,000, plus a transparent bonus program and comprehensive benefits package.
