A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to provide legal counsel, strategic guidance, and representation to clients involved in first-party property insurance claims. This role requires a thorough understanding of property insurance law, strong case management skills, and the ability to represent clients effectively in various legal proceedings. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, manage a diverse caseload, and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Duties
- Provide legal representation in hearings, trials, arbitrations, and negotiations.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in the law and provide accurate legal advice.
- Consult with clients to understand their legal concerns and objectives.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
- Analyze legal issues and develop effective legal strategies.
- Manage a caseload and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
- Represent clients in court, presenting compelling legal arguments.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional regulations.
- Uphold confidentiality and attorney-client privilege in all interactions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Mississippi.
- 5+ years of experience in property insurance law (preferred).
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining continuing legal education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
